We Himalaya Trekking Team give you an unforgettable experience and lifelong memories. Book this adventure trip with us for your life time memory.
Annapurna Circuit Trek completes an entire loop around the Annapurna range. Annapurna Circuit Trek is best trekking destinations of Nepal. It entails 300 km of walking through lush green forests, culturally rich villages and majestic mountains covered in snow. Commencing in the hilly region of Besisahar the trek passes through the culturally rich regions of Manang. we recommend for acclimatization one day in Manang for high Altitude and excursion around Manang village if you stay at Manang you will get more confidence with high altitudes also Manang valley is a nice place you will get chance to explore Gangapurna glacier and visit monasteries. The trek also includes the highest pass in the world; Thorong-la Pass (5416m). The qualities one can enjoy during this Annapurna Circuit Trek include exploring the natural and cultural wonders, observing tribal lifestyles and sightings of rare flora and fauna of the great Himalayan region. Dominated by high hills and mountains where many parts are still inaccessible, very good view of snowed covered mountain. Annapurna Circuit Trek follows the beaten path used as a trade route between Nepal and Tibet in ancient times. In those days, it was mainly for trading salt. Today, in this region, Tibetan Mahayana Buddhism, Hinduism and the ancient Bon-Po religion coexist and interpenetrate one another.
During the Annapurna Circuit Trek you will also pass through Muktinath, a very special and holy site for Hindus and Buddhists alike. Believers travel to Muktinath from near and far to cleanse themselves of their sins. One of our previous trekkers experienced the sighting of a man who had flown from India to Kathmandu and then flown by helicopter to Muktinath (at great expense). This extensive trip was undertaken for the reason explained above. One can also enjoy an unusually wide range of climatic zones and varying altitudes in such a small area.
Annapurna Circuit Trek ascends from the lowlands of Besisahar (900m) to the snowy terrain of Thorong-La Pass (5416m). Capturing these moments, trying ethnic cuisine and mingling with the locals will provide priceless memories of the Annapurna Circuit Trek. The Second option when you finished your trek at Jomsom you can choose another trekking route Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek or you can fly from Jomsom to Pokhara. Pokhara is the last stop on the Annapurna Circuit Trekking before returning to Kathmandu.
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport you will be warmly greeted by a representative of the Himalaya Trekking Team. After completion of customs formalities we will collect your luggage and escort you to your hotel.
This trip can be taken by private car or bus. Today we will head toward Beshishahar passing Trishuli and the Marsyangdi river. Overnight at Beshishahar.
After breakfast we drive to Chamche, It takes around 6 hrs. The trail then heads down where you will see rice and grain growing areas as well as waterways. We have our lunch at Chamche and Start our Trekking to Taal, Overnight at Tea House.
After breakfast at Taal we follow the uphill trail alongside the Marsyangdi river and head towards Karte, also called Khotro. From there we shortly reach Dharapani. This place has more facilities. There are temples and monasteries. From Dharapani we head towards Bagarchhap. Moving ahead we pass Timang and Thankchowk and finally reach Chame. Chame is the headquarter of Manang district and there is also a unique large white gate. Overnight at Chame.
The day starts through deep forest in a steep and narrow valley, crosses a river on a long bridge at 2910meters. We then cross another bridge at 3040meters, from there the view of the soaring Paungda Danda rock face really begins to appear. From there the trail joins to climb to Pisang, which sprawls between 3200m & 3300meters. Overnight at Tea House .
In the morning we walk along a beautiful track through grasslands. We constantly have incredible views of the Annapurna peaks. We eventually arrive at Newal to enjoy the best view of the Annapurna Mountains. Overnight in Manang.
Manang is a stunning village and is situated in the broad river valley of the Marshyangdi River, north of the Annapurna. We will explore the village and also Gangapurna Lake. This lake has formed within the last 50 years as the Gangapurna Glacier has retreated. It is a memorable location.
Early in the morning we will leave Manang and view scenery similar to the Tibetan plateau. Along the way we will again see breathtaking views of Annapurna. We will pass through the village of Gunsang and traverse the Gundon Khola via a bridge. Finally we will arrive at the small community of Ledar.
It is normal for trekkers to be feeling the effects of altitude by now as we are about half the height of Mt. Everest. Overnight at Tea House.
Today we will ascend steadily to a ridge prior to going down to the headwaters of the Marsyangdi river. We will use a bridge to cross the river and then follow a narrow track across an unstable hill. We eventually climb to Thorung La High Camp. Walking and especially climbing at this altitude is usually a bit slower due to the lower oxygen content in the air. Most trekkers are surprised at how it is “harder” to walk at altitude. At the same time, it is an interesting experience. You can imagine what it is like at 6000 or 7000 m. Overnight at Tea House.
This will be a memorable day as we hike up to Thorung -La pass and then drop down to Muktinath. Muktinath is a famous location. It is one of the main religious sites for Buddhist and Hindu ethnic groups and is one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Nepal. It is a great example of harmony between two of the greatest religions in the world. Overnight at Tea House.
It is mainly downhill today as we follow an easy trail to Jomsom, passing by Kaagbeni. Kaagbeni is on the banks of the Kali Gandaki River. Over many centuries, this river has created the Kali Gandaki Gorge; claimed by some to be the deepest in the world. We will follow this impressive river valley till we reach Jomsom. Overnight at Tea House.
Today early morning we will fly to Pokhara, whole day visit in Pokhara and take relax after long day trip of Annapurna Circuit
You will have the option of flying or using road transport to Kathmandu. By road it will take about 6 hours. Overnight at Hotel.
Today your journey in Nepal will come to an end; unless you are staying longer in Kathmandu. The Himalayan trekking team will meet you, collect your luggage and transport you to the airport. You will be farewelled in our traditional manner. We trust you will leave with lifetime memories and you will wish to return.

There are no specific health requirements for travel into Nepal. However, for the trekking in Himalayas, you are in excellent health with average physical fitness and have positive attitude, self confidence and strong determination, you can accomplish this trek successfully but you should consult your doctor for up-to-date information regarding vaccinations, high altitude medication and medications for any reasonably foreseeable illnesses whilst traveling in Nepal. Some part of trekking have a small health post for emergency treatment with limited equipment, limited health workers and medication. Be aware that some drugs, including anti-malarial, have side effects at altitude. Please discuss this carefully with your doctor.
Please be aware that you will be in remote areas and away from medical facilities for some time during this trip. We strongly recommend that you carry a personal First Aid kit as well as sufficient quantities of any personal medical requirements (including a spare pair of glasses).
High Altitude Sickness
AMS (acute mountain sickness) is a serious issue. It is the result of the failure of the body to adapt to high altitude and can affect anyone, regardless of age or fitness. It usually occurs above 1,800 meters and the likelihood of being affected increases as you ascend. The way to reduce the affects of altitude is to ascend slowly, 300 meters per day above 3,000 meters until you have acclimatized. Poor acclimatization results in headache, nausea, sleeplessness, difficulty breathing and swelling of fingers and glands. The only cure for AMS is to descend to lower altitude and your guide's decision on this matter is final. When you are planning to trek above 3,000 meters we recommend not walks faster. If you will get altitude sickness please consult with your guide to go down at least 500 meters to recover.

We were trekking with OB and 2 porters for 13 days and nights on the Annapurna Circuit. It was an unbelievably amazing experience that would not have been the same without OB and his team. The pace we walked at was perfect for us (late teenaged kids, parents in 50s) - fast enough to feel the exercise, yet slow enough to soak in every beautiful viewpoint. OB's gentle, kind, considerate personality is exactly the soothing presence you need after each day of walking. Feel so lucky to have befriended him - one of the truly loveliest people I've met. Definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a genuine, peaceful and wonderful guide and experience in the Himalayas that you'll never forget!
