Today we prepare for the long uphill to Ulleri. This track has 3100 stone steps amazingly landscaped along the valley. These steps can be tiring but the beautiful views give you the incentive to keep on climbing. An hour after sunrise we will return to the lodge at Ghorepani for breakfast and then trek down to Tadapani. Then follows some steep climbing which in places is assisted by stone steps. Following a few “up and downs” we reach Deurali for a short break.
Later, we pass through a forest and end with an easier walk to the ridge and a steep downhill to a suspension bridge. We arrive in Tadapani and overnight in a tea house.

We commence the day with a steady climb up the valley till we reach Machhapuchhare Base Camp. This is where we then rest for an hour. You can choose to stay here or take the climb to ABC. The climb to ABC is perhaps better for those feeling fit and healthy at this stage.
We return to Bamboo following the same trail in the reverse direction. The trail drops 1700m to the bank of the Modi Khola and Bamboo. There are a number of tea houses/lodges to overnight in Bamboo.
After enjoying breakfast we head uphill, with the assistance of many stone steps, to a ridge and then it is an easy walk to Sinuwa. We then drop to the bottom of the hill before climbing again to Chomrong. We lunch at Chomrong and then commence a quite steep drop down to Jhinu. After we are organised at the tea house; we have the opportunity to walk 15 minutes downhill to the hot spring on the bank of the river. You can relax and enjoy the hot spring before returning to the overnight accommodation.
We walk at the right side of Modi Khola for about 5 hours to Birethanti which can be considered one of the best and the most relaxing walks of the entire Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Upon reaching Nayapul, we take a Jeep and drive back to Pokhara where we stay overnight at hotel

Trek Grading
It is impossible to have a 'foolproof' grading system as everyone has different expectations and perceptions of their own fitness level. Remember that no trek in the Himalaya is a stroll as all involve going up and down at altitude and that altitude affects everyone differently. Regardless of age or fitness, preparation before you arrive is essential. Aerobic activity, swimming, cycling or brisk walking is recommended or, at the very least, walk up and down stairs in your trekking boots but some can do this trekking without did any preparation of trekking.
Money
It should be better to bring the USD in Nepal. Because you can change everywhere easily.
You should exchange enough money into Nepalese Rupees to last the entire time of your trek before leaving Kathmandu. You can find the money exchange counters near your hotel and there are no exchange facilities in villages / trekking trails if they change they will take more commission.
Tipping
Tipping is a personal and voluntary matter and tips are not included in the trip price but who will working for you they are expect the tips so you can give tips directly to them at end of your trekking / tours and tipping is not any limitation so you can give tips as much you like if they will make you happy.
Insurance
It is main important part of the trip. Your Travel insurance is not included in the trip price. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency evacuation and repatriation (including helicopter evacuation) and personal liability. is included trekking crews' against personal accident.
Health
There are no specific health requirements for travel into Nepal. However, for the trekking in Himalayas, you are in excellent health with average physical fitness and have positive attitude, self confidence and strong determination, you can accomplish this trek successfully but you should consult your doctor for up-to-date information regarding vaccinations, high altitude medication and medications for any reasonably foreseeable illnesses whilst traveling in Nepal. Some part of trekking have a small health post for emergency treatment with limited equipments, limited health workers and medication. Be aware that some drugs, including anti-malarial, have side effects at altitude. Please discuss this carefully with your doctor.
Please be aware that you will be in remote areas and away from medical facilities for some time during this trip. We strongly recommend that you carry a personal First Aid kit as well as sufficient quantities of any personal medical requirements (including a spare pair of glasses).
Altitude Sickness
AMS (acute mountain sickness) is a serious issue. It is the result of the failure of the body to adapt to high altitude and can affect anyone, regardless of age or fitness. It usually occurs above 1,800 meters and the likelihood of being affected increases as you ascend. The way to reduce the affects of altitude is to ascend slowly, 300 meters per day above 3,000 meters until you have acclimatized. Poor acclimatization results in headache, nausea, sleeplessness, difficulty breathing and swelling of fingers and glands. The only cure for AMS is to descend to lower altitude and your guide's decision on this matter is final. When you are planning to trek above 3,000 meters we recommend not walks faster. If you will get altitude sickness please consult with your guide to go down at least 500 meters to recover.
Nepal Visa
Multiple entry visas are available on arrival at Kathmandu airport and all land borders except the citizens of Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Cameroon, Somalia, Liberia, Ethiopia, Iraq, and Palestine, Afghanistan. Multiple entry visas can be obtained from the immigration points costing US Dollars 25 or other convertible foreign currency equivalent thereto for 15 days multiple entry visas, US Dollars 40 or other convertible foreign currency equivalent there to for 30 days multiple entry visa, US Dollars 100 or other convertible foreign currency equivalent thereto for 90 days multiple entry visa.

11 day trek round the Annapurna circuit to ABC, including Poon hill. From the moment we arrived in Kathmandu the Himalaya Trekking Team looked after our every need - hotel booking, transfers to and from the airport, bus to and from Pokhara and the trek itself. We were a team of 4 trekkers with a porter each guided by OB. We cannot say enough good things about the Himalaya Trekking Team and the experience they gave us. OB ensured we were looked after each day, he pushed us just enough without over doing it. The schedule for the trek was a challenge but it had flexibility if we needed to change it. Reaching ABC was the highlight of the trip but the Nepalese people and vistas on the way there and the way back were a joy. I would very much recommend the Himalaya Trekking Team and the entire Nepalese experience.

Memorable trip with excellent helps from Himalaya Trekking Team
Our initial plan was to do the EBC trek. But due to bad weather, we had to change the plan to ABC. The Himalaya Trekking Team has been super helpful in accommodating to our change and reorganize the trip for us twice. Uttam, the owner, is very friendly and is willing to do everything to make us happy. Our trekking guide is Yaka. He knows alot about the mountains and were very helpful during the trek. We had a big group but he can still take care of us very well. We learn a lot about the Nepalese culture via Yaka as well. The porter team is very friendly.
Overall, it is a very memorable trip for us.
I can recommend Himalaya Trekking Team without any hesitation.

I enjoyed the 10-day trip in general. The porter was kind as he cared for me, especially when I got sick and could not find a place to sleep at the higher altitude. He was running around to ask if there was any available bed at the tea houses.
Also, the organisers Uttam & OB helped us change the new trekking routes quickly as it was raining heavily. Thank you so much for that. Next time when we are back in Nepal, maybe you guys could suggest changing the itinerary immediately if you see the weather is not so good - that would be amazing.
